#46. Meditate every day for 90 days

Inspiration: Meditation has all sorts of benefits: it reduces stress, improves memory and concentration, strengthens your immune system, slows the aging process, and so much more. And it's catching on! Since 2012, the number of people practicing meditation has more than tripled, and the number of children meditating has increased more than 800%. [The Good Body] It's said that in order to turn a habit into a lifestyle, one needs to do it for 90 days. So, that's exactly what I want to do... 
Fun Facts: The first meditation hall was opened in Japan in 653 CE. [The Good Body] The Walt Disney Company was one of the first companies to incorporate meditation into its workplace, and the company noticed a dramatic increase in creativity after employees mediated on certain projects and ideas.
