What happened?  I signed up to receive Ben's 5 steps to make the impossible possible (which is really powerful, btw) and received a couple of emails. I emailed back with my request, followed up two times, and eventually got a response from Ben himself (you can see my first email and Ben's response below). Although it wasn't the outcome I was hoping for, I'll keep working at it and hopefully get it done one day!
